Julie Paisley

Owner + CEO

Hi, I'm Julie.

and I’m the Owner & CEO of Paisley Marketing Group.

Storytelling is my passion, and telling the stories of the businesses and the business owners that trust me is a gift. Because I know how hard entrepreneurship is, and how much of their hearts and souls business owners pour into their work every day. Channeling that heart and soul into profits that help the business owner and the employees that depend on them is a victory.

Before starting Paisley Marketing Group, I was a marketing coach for small businesses and their in-house marketing teams, developing marketing strategy that actually worked to drive the sales of the organization, along with building the brand for the firm and the individuals in it. Prior to coaching, i worked with major retailers doing B2B sales and high-end B2C sales, so I know what sales enablement tools successful salespeople need.

I earned a degree from the University of Cincinnati in Communication/Organizational Communication (Go Bearcats) and consider continuous learning to be key to anyone’s success.

When I’m not running my firm, I am running on the road, often with my chocolate lab, Hazel. I am an avid runner, cyclist, mom of 3 busy daughters, baking enthusiast, lover of dance parties, and singer of show tunes with the girls.

Beau Henry

Director of Business Development

Hi, I'm Beau.

I’m the Director of Business Development and Sales for Paisley Marketing Group. My focus is doing the thing I love most: connecting people. I love supporting small business and am passionate about helping them grow.

I have a degree from The Ohio State Unversity in Communication, and worked in banking and finance prior to joining the PMG team.

When I’m not out and about with PMG, I’m an avid golfer and backyard griller. I volunteer within our community often as well. My wife Jen and I have 3 busy kids and split our time between the sidelines of football, band, wrestling, baseball, and more.

Kim Lo Forte

Director of Web Development

Hi, I'm Kim.

I serve as the Director of Web Development at Paisley Marketing Group, where I uniquely combine creativity with technological expertise. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and a Master’s in Information Technology, I specialize in developing responsive, user-centric websites for small businesses on WordPress and Shopify platforms.My detail-oriented approach ensures that every aspect of a website is finely tuned for the optimal user experience and functionality. This precision extends to the hosting and maintenance of existing client websites. By keeping these sites updated and secure, I provide a reliable digital foundation that supports business growth.I have experience working as a freelancer and for a marketing agency, focusing on elevating small businesses. I am passionate about using SEO techniques to not only establish but also grow the online presence of businesses.I have a deep appreciation for the visual arts, especially typography and hand lettering. I am also actively involved in supporting my children, not only at their athletic events but also in their musical endeavors. My day is not complete without my peppermint mocha, a sweet and minty pick-me-up. It is almost as essential as a fully charged laptop in my world of web development.

Jason McKibben

Website Developer

Hi, I'm Jason.

My new role on the PMG team is Website Developer. I’ll be working with Kim to help our clients’ websites grow their businesses through SEO analysis, technical writing, and data analytics.

Prior to joining the PMG team, I was Brewmaster and Partner at North High Brewing, Production Director for Anchor Brewing Company, Brewmaster & Quality Manager for Anheuser-Busch, and more. In all these roles, I gained vast experience in brewery operations, equipment purchasing, raw material & ingredient procurement, fermentation, finishing, packaging, quality assurance, safety, and distribution. I provide value through robust and pragmatic problem solving, process optimization, and strategic analysis. This operational knowledge and focus on the details translates to every industry.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Food Science from University of California, Davis. I also completed a certificate in TechComm Fundamentals from the Society of Technical Communication.

When I’m not consulting with my clients, I’m usually spending time with my wife and two kids, volunteering as the Co-President of our elementary school PTO, and competing in matches at the Columbus Curling Club.

Sara Paisley

Social Media Manager

Hi, I'm sara.

As the Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Paisley Marketing Group, I get to help our clients connect with audiences through smart, message-driven Social Media strategy that gets results.

I also handle promotions and event planning for our clients, with a strict attention to detail and a welcoming spirit that makes everyone who participates — as a client and as a guest — feel welcome, included and safe.

When I’m not working for PMG, I’m managing my four busy kids, and all of the animals that come with living on a mini-farm. I enjoy traveling with my husband, also a small business owner, and family.
